We are a small boutique online clothing store that has a passion for all things hemp. This is made all the more easy when we consider the countless uses of the hemp plant and the myriad of benefits it offers to both us and the environment. While our store only launched has recently as 2024, hemp has been a staple for millennia.

However, we've also partnered with some excellent companies who share our passion for this revolutionary material and dedication to style and quality. Why Use Hemp for Clothing?

Hemp is much more than just a sustainable alternative to cotton and other materials. It has a number of interesting qualities that makes it a perfect choice for a whole host of garments. While people might only think of hemp as a rough fabric better suited to rope, modern manufacturing processes and the ability to easily blend it with other organic fabrics means this is not the case.

Hemp clothing can be as soft as cotton and maintain it's shape for far longer. It's also incredibly strong and durable, highly versatile, thermodynamic, antimicrobial, odor resistant, water absorbent, UV resistant, and much more.

Hemp and the Environment

One of our favorite reasons for using hemp is the minimal impact growing it has on the environment. In fact, it even helps to regenerate soil by absorbing carbon and nitrogen out of the air and putting it back into the soil. Additionally, thanks to the plant's natural defenses, hemp requires little to no herbicides or pesticides to grow.

It doesn't stop there as hemp requires less than a third of the water to grow as cotton, and produces around 220% more fiber. And as mentioned, it also has countless uses (from food and oil, to insulation and biofuel) so there is no waste.
