Exchanges and Refunds

Items purchased at PuffPants can be returned or exchanged depending on terms set forth by the manufacturer below. Any returned items must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, with original tags on, and in the original packaging.

8000Kicks:-

All ‘8000Kicks’ items may be exchanged for replacement or store credit within 60 days of purchase. Free exchanges are available within this period for customers in the EU and US for orders above $90USD.

Hemptique:-

All ‘Hemptique’ items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. Refunds will exclude original shipping and handling costs.

THTC:-

All ‘THTC’ items may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will exclude original shipping and handling costs.

International Shipping and Customs and Toll

When purchasing internationally, buyers are responsible for paying the customs brokerage and import fees respective to their country.
